Diana Dvorak

Diana serves as the Pharmacist in Charge and is one of the proud owners of Hometown Drug. She selected Ennis as the location for her business because it is her hometown. With extensive experience in pharmacy, Diana has held various roles, including cashier, pharmacy technician, Pharmacist intern, pharmacy manager, and owner/operator. She celebrates her Czech heritage by being an active member of Sokol, SPJST, the local Beseda Dance Group, and the Czech Heritage Society. In her leisure time, Diana enjoys crafting, reading, and watching crime documentaries. She is married to her husband Danny and has two stepdaughters, April and Misty, as well as a grandson affectionately named Ernie and a cat named Sora.

William Dlabaj

William is a co-owner of the pharmacy, which he purchased with his sister Diana in 2013. In addition to his ownership role, William is a certified pharmacy technician who has been in Pharmacy for 15 years. He works daily to ensure the efficient operation of the business. His responsibilities include delivering orders, managing medication and material procurement, servicing delivery vehicles, and overseeing overall workflow to maintain smooth operations. He pridefully says that at hometown drug everyone works together as a team. Outside of work, William enjoys traveling, when possible, is an avid sports enthusiast, and values spending quality time with his family.

Brian Casady

Brian serves as the retail pharmacist at Hometown Drug and has been with the organization for four years. He is responsible for managing the retail operations of the pharmacy, including medication verification, patient counseling, and fulfilling other pharmacist responsibilities. With 32 years of experience in the pharmacy sector, Brian has held many roles such as Pharmacy Manager. He contributed to an advisory panel alongside congressman Joe Barton. Outside of work, he pursues interests in fishing, hunting, and knife crafting. Brian is married to Brenda and together they have two adult children and four dogs. He values his position at Hometown Drug, describing the team as a group of caring professionals committed to supporting one another and their patients.

Kim Covarrubias

Kim is a certified Pharmacy Technician with 4 years of experience at Hometown Drug. She specializes in the Long-Term Care (LTC) Department and is also skilled in compounding medications. Kim is a 1995 graduate of Ennis High School. Kim was married to the love of her life for 25 years, and a devoted mother to four sons. She and her sons share an enthusiasm for UFC, movies, and sports. Kim finds great satisfaction in her role at the pharmacy, knowing she is making a meaningful impact by assisting patients with their medical needs and ensuring that her LTC patients are taken care of.

RaeAnne Jones

RaeAnne is a Certified Pharmacy Technician who has been with Hometown Drug for three years, primarily serving as the Data Entry Technician. She has been married to her husband, Paul, for sixteen years and has two children: Ayden, a high school senior who will attend Texas Tech in the fall; and Lorelei, who participates in the Junior High Choir. RaeAnne is also a Credentialed Minister with The Church of God. She enjoys watching "The Golden Girls," shopping, and spending quality time with her family and friends. The family also cares for a dog named Princess and a cat named Cookie. RaeAnne appreciates being part of Hometown Drug, finding fulfillment in assisting customers, connecting with the community, and continuously learning about medicine.

Elaine Naivar

Elaine is a certified pharmacy technician with 37 years of professional experience, presently employed at Hometown Drug for the past two years. She demonstrates a strong commitment to expanding her knowledge of medications and fostering positive customer relationships. Elaine is a certified immunizer which qualifies her to assist with any vaccinations. Her prior roles include serving as an enforcement specialist with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy for 12 years and as a technician specialist, where she assisted pharmacies in preparing for state inspections. Elaine has also served as a Pharmacy Operations Manager in retail pharmacy settings. A graduate of Ennis High School in 1989, Elaine began her career as a pharmacy technician immediately thereafter. Married with three children and two grandchildren, Elaine is a devoted owner of both a dog and a cat, and she is recognized within the community for her compassion toward stray animals. In her leisure time, she enjoys photography and spending time with family.

Misty Dvorak, Technician

Misty is a certified pharmacy technician who has been employed at Hometown for approximately one year. She graduated from Ennis High School in 2022 and is currently pursuing a degree in Engineering Graphics and Design Technology at Texas State Technical College. Misty is an active member of the Sokol organization and currently holds the title of Miss Ellis County Czech Slovak Queen for 2026-2027, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors. Misty is also a member of the Ennis Ceska Beseda, where she participates in traditional Czech dances. She particularly enjoys dancing the two-step, polka, and waltz. Additionally Misty values the time she spends with her cat, Sora and finds fulfillment working at the pharmacy, where she strives to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of others.

Suzette Mendoza

Suzette is a certified pharmacy technician who has been with Hometown Drug for four years. She began her career as a cashier, advanced to a technician-in-training position, and subsequently earned her certification. Suzette primarily works in the Long-Term Care (LTC) department but consistently demonstrates flexibility by assisting in other areas of the pharmacy as needed. A 2017 graduate of Ennis High School, she is devoted to her family, which includes her daughter and her dog, Bengi. Suzette finds fulfillment in her pharmacy career through making a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of others.

Alex May

Alex is a certified pharmacy technician with five years of experience at Hometown Drug. He performs multiple roles within the pharmacy, including serving as a long-term care department technician and primarily working as a delivery driver, distributing medications throughout the local area and across the metroplex. Alex graduated from Ennis High School in 2010. His interests include reading, trading cards, playing games, and exploring new restaurants. He values the opportunity to meet new individuals during deliveries to various facilities and is committed to assisting customers with their prescription needs.

Mckenzie May

Mckenzie has been employed at Hometown for three years, serving as both cashier and customer service liaison. She is a graduate of Waxahachie Global High School and holds an associate degree in Applied Science from Navarro College. Her interests include attending movies, exploring new music, enjoying outdoor relaxation, and engaging in crafting activities. Mckenzie resides with her family. She values her experience at Hometown Drug and appreciates the opportunity to build positive relationships with both coworkers and customers.

Gracie Hadley

Gracie has been employed at Hometown Drug for two years, initially serving as a cashier before advancing to Technician in training. She demonstrates versatility by balancing responsibilities in both roles each day. Gracie is a 2025 graduate of Ennis High School, where she participated in dual credit courses, and earned a Cosmetology degree from Navarro College in 2025. In addition to her professional achievements, she enjoys spending time with friends and caring for her dog, Lady Mae. Gracie is dedicated to supporting others in maintaining their health.

Walker Rosson

Walker graduated from Ennis High School in 2021 and subsequently attended Navarro College in pursuit of a career, ultimately finding his path in pharmacy. He has been employed at Hometown Drug for just over seven months, primarily serving as a cashier. In addition, Walker is a registered pharmacy technician trainee, which provides him with the opportunity to learn and assist with various technician responsibilities within the pharmacy. Notably, Walker is a twin and owns a Yorkshire Terrier named Pepper. He enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly engaging in fishing and appreciating nature, as well as socializing with family and friends. Walker is deeply committed to supporting individuals with their health needs.

Vicki Young

Vickie serves as the Account Coordinator for Hometown Drugs and oversees consumer relations. She has been with the company for over one year. In addition to her primary responsibilities, Vickie assists with medication deliveries and values the opportunity to interact with patients during these visits. A resident of Rice, Texas for more than 44 years, Vickie has a longstanding commitment to her community. Her previous roles include serving as Mayor for four years, bus driver for the local school district for nine years, and City Recreation Director for three years. She is an active member of First Baptist Church and is widely regarded for her personable nature. Family is very important to Vickie. She is proud to be a great-grandmother, with four adult children, eight living grandchildren and one grandchild who is in Heaven, as well as two great-grandchildren. Vickie enjoys participating in holiday events and strives to bring positivity and joy to those around her.

Janice Bell

Janice has been a delivery driver for Hometown Drug for over a year, serving the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and reaching as far south as Corsicana. She actively participates in several committees at Christ the King Lutheran Church. After the loss of her husband five years ago, Janice settled into a small house on her son's farm, where she pursues her passion for crocheting scrub caps for her granddaughter and her nursing colleagues. In addition to spending quality time with her family, Janice helps raise goats, chickens, sheep, and bees. She also enjoys fishing in the pond and observing the ducks, finding fulfillment in a simple yet rewarding lifestyle. Janice values the opportunity to work with the dedicated team at Hometown Drug and appreciates building relationships with patients, who enjoy the personal attention she provides during her deliveries.
